Fearless Leadership for Aboriginal Women in Business - Darwin
If there ever was a time for Aboriginal woman to take steps to control their destiny it is now. More and more Aboriginal women are exploring and expanding their leadership roles in organisations and are standing strong.
Internalised messages and stereotypes can hold women back. Combine that with a range of unidentified fears and working in a leadership role is quite challenging. Cultural sensitivity is so important and being able to share with others in similar roles becomes crucial.
You need to build the confidence to take risks, to step into all the required roles and underneath perhaps you’re asking “am I good enough” to be doing this?
All of this may be true.
What if you could tame these fears that keeps you from being the person you want to be, spinning your wheels and avoiding the role you are destined to take? What if you could develop the emotional intelligence, confidence and trust in yourself to lead with less fear?
Take the next step to realising your leadership role. Join our workshop on 1st May 8.30am – 12.30pm and learn to lead with audacity and courage. Cost – Gold Coin Donation.
Refreshments will be supplied. Location BECNT office 20 Catterthun Street, Winnellie.
